can you provide a copy of the PCN, personal bits removed?
Otherwise the short answer is no. More answers may be available once more info is received.

On xx/xx/2026 vehicle reghere entered the xxxxxx xxxxx ANPR at xx/xx/2026, xx:xx:xx and departed at xx/xx/2026, xx:xx:xx.
The signage which is clearly displayed at the entrance to and throughout the car park states that this is private land car park, that the car park is managed by Workflow Dynamics Ltd and that parking conditions apply or a Parking Charge will be incurred, along with other terms and conditions of the car park by which those who park in this car park agree to be bound. We have, under reasonable cause, requested the registered keeper details from the DVLA. This Parking Charge was incurred on private land.
By not parking in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the signage, the Parking Charge is now payable to Workflow Dynamics Ltd.
You are notified under paragraph 9(2)(b) of Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 that the driver of the motor vehicle is required to pay the Parking Charge
in full. As we do not know the driver's name and current postal address, you are now invited to either pay the Parking Charge, or if you were not the driver at the time, please provide us with the driver's name and current address using our contact details overleaf within 28 days and pass this Parking Charge to them. Once this
information is received, we will pursue the driver.
You are advised that if, after the period of 28 days, beginning with the day after that on which the parking charge is given (which is presumed to be the second working day after the date of sending above), the amount has not been paid in full, and we do not know the name and address of the driver we have the right to recover any unpaid part of the parking charge from you.
If you wish to appeal you now have a period of 28 days in which to appeal. You must state the reasons for the appeal and include your name, address, parking charge reference and vehicle registration. Charges are put on hold until the appeal decision is made. All appeals will be reviewed in conjunction with evidence gathered, including photographic evidence. Full details of how to appeal are found overleaf. A Parking Charge can be
appealed OR paid.
Failure to pay the full amount of this Parking Charge within 28 days may
result in the proceeding of debt recovery action and/or issuing of court proceedings against you. This may result in additional costs being incurred.
Yours faithfully,
Processing Administrator

Then a photo of said vehicle entering and leaving at aforementioned approximate times. 'overstay' amount was under one hour.
So I should follow the guidance on the Newbies thread, appeal using that method directly to them, then Poplar, then small claims if it gets to it? This is defensible if it gets all that way?

What was the date of the alleged offence?
What was the date the NTK was issued?

Alleged offence is 13.06 and the letter is dated 17.06.

Never seen this outfit ever try court. I'd just ignore personally.
Can't see Popla finding in your favour.

Is it ok to put the exact dates as above?
Thanks for your reply.
And so to confirm I should I still submit an appeal to workflow dynamics using the template in the Newbies section, then wait for the inevitable rejection, then appeal through POPLA, and eventually be ready to go to court if they try it?
All the while fearing I could have to fork out more than the fake 'discount' offered upfront?

Agree there was no offence but don't know if a court would agree should it get there?
Again happy to as long as I'm not shooting myself in the foot with identifiable information
