Santander evoucher change of terms from £300

On the 22nd April Santander advertised an incentive by way of an evoucher if you transferred your ISA to them. At the time they specified a £300 evoucher for amounts between £75000 and £100000.

A bit later they dropped this to £200 for the entire range £50000 to £ 100000

Google confirmed that this change had taken place, but that the evoucher that applied at the time of opening the account would be honoured.

However, not only did Santander refuse to pay it, they denied that the offer ever existed. Also my Google search results have disappeared.

Did anybody here screenshot the original offer or get paid the £300? Would appreciate any confirmation that the offer existed.

Hopefully someone will have the actual information but sadly Google aren't in a position to honour any voucher that Santander have provided. The only company that can confirm that are Santander so that evidence will be crucial.

When did you transfer your ISA and did you get an email with the terms when you applied?

Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.

I opened my ISA on April 22nd but it took several weeks for the transfer to take place by which time the terms had changed. There was no confirmation of the terms from Santander so my only hope is that someone took a screenshot or benefited themselves from the £300 offer. In future I’ll remember to screenshot everything but it’s hard to believe that Santander have no record of the original offer.

The Wayback Machine has an archived copy of the Santander ISA transfer page dated 17 April 2026, by which time the offer was already £200 for £50K to £100K:

Santander's Ts & Cs document for the offer states that it started on 6 April and also has no mention of the £300 band:

There will usually be a number of threads on this board about such offers if you want to use the forum search facility to go looking for them…

Thank you, it really is a mystery but I know I didn’t imagine it. I had a feeling that I might have seen the offer originally on Martin Lewis’ posts but I’ve searched back and can’t find it. Perhaps I’ve fallen down a rabbit hole!
