Heathrow airport parking
I asked MSE for same day 8 night meet & greet parking deals for Heathrow. I booked a £40 off deal with Holiday Extras on my mobile. The booking page clearly said you can amend/cancel. 1 minute later I received an email confirmation. I realised I had booked electric parking only by mistake. I contacted Holiday Extras via their app who advised me to cancel. I don't have an electric car. They promised me a refund.
They are now refusing a refund as they say I booked non refundable parking.
Advice anyone please. Thanks

Annoying. Can you ask if it can be transferred to your non-E car so you're not asking for a refund? You might have to pay a bit more but I guess it's better than losing all the money you've paid.

Bit of a hard one as it was your mistake, and it's a non refundable booking.
All you can do is ask them to change the car which they might be able to do, or just say you were promised a refund and say the time that you called as they may have call recording.

Looking at the site, your problem may be that all the HolidayExtra products are only cancellable/refundable up to 11.59pm on the day before parking commences. So if you've booked same day, you've already missed the cancellation window.
Maybe worth a complaint on the basis you've been sold a flexible product without ever having the opportunity to take advantage of the flexibility.
