Anyone Waiting For Their Dialaphone/vodafone Cashback On The Siemans C100?

A year ago (well April 2004) there was a deal with dialaphone for 12 months free line rental on the seimans c100. What me and two relatvies who all took out the contracts have found is that although dialaphone told us in april that they will give the cashback to singlepoint alias now vodaphone we still have not received it- Now we didnt want to stay on beyond the 12 month period so i called vodaphoen and they said no worries u can cancel your contract and when we receive your money from dialaphone we will send it back to you- Ive still not had it back so i called vodaphone they said we have not received it, they said you'll have to contact diala and i said they said we sent it and the voda lady said tell them to call us with proof of payment and we will refudn you- so ic aleld diala and they adament they paid but said due to the switch over from single to voda theres been delays on there part but i siad pls call them and explain u paid cos they didn ttell me abotu delays/errors so diala man called voda man and then told me that voda wouldnt discuss my account with him but did say that the voda man is saying since accounts are closed down they cant do anything anyway! What bulslhite i get different stories from different people! ANywya i said to the diala man that theres notes on my voda account to say they woudl pay out and i said so what about the £105 cashback have they got it, the dumb idiot said i didnt really ask about that as they were going on about your account was cancelled- all in all i am not impressed by either and have since decided no more contracts with dialaphone if they money goes to a service provider and def no more contracts with vodaphone as they are inefficient.......if others are still waiting for their cashback join on this link and i will be taking this to trading standards and the more that record their comments the further we will get!!!!!!!!!!

just wanted to update this as i know i put a few people off......finally after 5-6 months of my account being credited vodafone have paid up what was due......however it took going around circles,,,,, many circles, and alot of phone calls and emails!0
