Thank you. I did receive another reply from Tesco saying that now it was with the collection agency they can't do anything.

I'm not sure how true that is.

The photos are really odd and I wish I could share them in a non identifiable way.

Just to explain, there is road you drive down and then turn left to enter Tesco. The first pic is my car on the road before entering Tesco. The other side of this road is the Tesco petrol station. The exit pictue is my car in the petrol station getting petrol.

Tesco are saying it is now nothing to do with Horizon as it's gone the debt agency. Is that not the case?

Thank you. One element I just wanted to check before proceeding. Earlier in this thread someone suggested I check the V5 due to the missing letters from Horizon. My V5 is correct with the address but I spoke to the DVLA and it was updated by them a few weeks after the fine. So I assume it went to the old address and clearly paying Royal Mail for redirection was an utter waste of money for neither letters to arrive.

In the guide it says to

THE ONLY TIME TO DEFINITELY CONTACT THEM (NOT BY PHONE...) IS IF THEY'VE TRACED YOU TO A NEW ADDRESS. THAT MEANS THEY HOLD TWO POSSIBLE ADDRESSES NOW ... AND THAT'S NOT OK.

Email the data protection officers (on their website data privacy page) of both the parking firm and the debt crawler and tell them to ERASE THE OLD ADDRESS & only use the new one. Confirm the full new address in your email and use that word 'erase'.

Is this my first step now? And then go back to Horizon as Tesco legal etc.

Thank you. I have written an email now. But I can't see an email for Horizon, just their online form. So I can't cc Tesco legal. So should I just forward it?

Thank you. I just checked again and there is no form as the form is now closed off as I did not appeal within 28 days. I can't find an email and everything seems to be postal. The only email I can find is data protection.
