34° 🥵 That's horrendous. When I lived in Madrid for a bit it was 40° and we didn't have air conditioning. I sat with a cold wet towel around my neck and a 2 litre Fanta bottle filled with frozen water on my knee. It did help.

I have had a small mobile air con unit I picked up a few years ago and it is worth it's weight in gold. Every single year during the various heatwaves I thank god that I got it. Keeping my bedroom to 21 degrees max through the day and 19 at night.

Would highly recommend!

I took it a step further and am currently sat in the kids paddling pool, soooo refreshing. Kids have gone inside and left me to it 😂

Thank you. I did the towel thing and it helped a bit last night. Definitely better today though as it's 29 degrees. Hopefully I'll get a better sleep tonight

My other half keeps saying about getting one and I have been resisting as I don't want to spend the money. Might have to give in if we get more heatwaves like this though!!

Hi everyone

Much better temperature wise today and I have been more productive - quite a few Vinted sales have come in, so will have some nice payments off the debt soon.

Today's Payment - £9.99 (from Vinted and Prolific). New Total - £129.99 (had 2 products on there, one has now been paid off).
