Of course, any cherry picking by a parking company of this judgment would be counteracted by the simple statement of fact that VCS lost the appeal.

Any Judge who really believes a driver has time to read all the Ts and Cs of a contract whilst driving in a potentially unknown area, possibly in the dark should have to pass a driving test with this task to prove it.

And the acknowledgement by the Claimant's own legal rep that the term 'No Stopping' does not really mean no stopping whatsoever - this is, probably unknown by Ms Gregory-Wallace, an acknowledgement which is fatal to VCS's normally stated position.

Of course we will never know but, I wonder what the Judge would have said if Ms Gregory-Wallace had towed the party line and insisted that the term 'No Stopping' really did mean no stopping under any circumstances.

In my opinion, the judgement when studied in detail, does far more harm to VCS than good.

I feel tempted to go on a bike ride ( cycle) round East midlands airport, or manchester the next time im in the area with a bike wonder if these "rules" apply to cycles, the signs appear to show they do
