    Claim development - I have now received an email from DCB Legal regarding their intention to continue with the claim and have mentioned the prospect of settling & attached the directions questionnaire - please see attached. Shouldn't the court instead

    Follow the advice in the 8 steps in the defence template thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad, you are perhaps the 10th person today asking about it
