Read the 8 steps in the first post in the defence template thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad ( all 6 are "pinned" up there. )

Thank you. I will read this again. My mind is essentially gone at the moment as i’m juggling a little too much personally. Apologies.
I also have another letter which I would be grateful for some guidance on - should I post this in a different thread? Or a new thread all on its own? It’s a Civil Enforcement Solutions Ltd letter which says “final demand”. Essentially I received this as a result of parking at work where I already hold a permit but was in the wrong place apparently. Big sigh!!
