I agree you can't trust AI. However, if a company uses an AI chatbot to provide customer service then they should have a manager who is accountable for any mistakes it makes.

It'll be easier to read the T&Cs but then this does rely upon the ability to comprehend them.

And under the Equalities Act they are required to provide additional help for people with learning difficulties who may struggle to understand the terms. If their support option automatically initiates an AI chat then you have to presume that someone at management level at Moneybox thinks that provides the legally required "reasonable adjustment" for those who need help understanding the terms.

I opened aMoneybox Cash ISA account a short while ago and am getting the 4.7% rate. Is anyone aware of any limits to the maximum that can be transfered in from prevoius years ISAs, as i can find a maximun limit only a minimum?

I had a LISA with them a long time ago, still technically open but frozen for deposits. I was able to open the 4.71% cash ISA a few days ago and have just transferred in. Really chuffed as I often find myself gutted that I can't open another LISA with them as my Tembo LISA continued to have its interest rate reduced.
