PIP Review/reassessment Delay
Hi,
My PIP claim was due for review by May this year, the award has been extended to May next year. I submitted my review paperwork back in November.
How long are people waiting for their review/reassessment to take place, currently? I am in the North East of England.

Can be as long as a year.
Do not worry about it as you are still getting PIP. if you get a increase in claim, it is backdated to start of renewal

We returned my husbands at the start of Autumn i think and still not heard.. he was finally told he had been given an extension .. but they still text every now and then to say they have paperwork and are looking at case
its causing huge stress and worry and its hugely annoying.. i wish theyd just get on with it0
