Hi again, I sent in an email to CPM UK company and they said they cant deal with it at this late date and to contact BW legal

What a load of rubbish from CPM UK. Welcome to the world of GRIFTERS ?

CPM instructed BWL and they can instruct BWL to stop action. The so called debt does not belong to BWL, ONLY TO CPM so they are passing the buck with no interest in talking to you. Something a court judge would frown upon

I have called BW legal after trying to use the website a sthey have no email. and they said there is no way to appeal, i now have to either pay or wait for the 27th to arrive and then allow CPM UK to continue proceedings such as taking me to court.

I have also contacted my surgery to no avail, it seems CPM UK are even stopping the surgery from cancelling the ticket. (please see attached).

Any advice now? do I still need to send the email as mentioned in one of the earlier comments?

UK Car Park Management Limited is the car parking firm

So its UK CPM, not any of the other initials you have used in this saga, those letters above confirm it !

Why is that important. ?

Because PCM UK LTD is a completely different private parking company, there are several with similar names and initials

I appreciate that you may have possible medical issues, I know thatI do, but regardless of any personal problems, please use and double check the basic facts and stick to the correct details, even if it means checking and editing, as happens to me a lot every day, its not a criticism, its preventative medicine

The devil is in the detail, especially in these legal contract cases

But you weren't trying to 'appeal'. You were advised to show them it's cancelled.

Sorry, complete mistake from me, it is CPM UK - UK CAR PARK MANAGEMENT LIMITED. I have edited this now in the last post.

The Legal company they are using is BW Legal - https://www.bwlegal.co.uk/help/contact-us

I believe they still manage the car park, I haven't seen any information yet in the contrary.

At this point it seems there is nothing I can do, CPM UK says they cant do anything as it is with BW Legal. BW Legal says they cant do anything as they only work for CPM UK. The surgery says that CPM UK cant do anything as it has already gone to BW legal. Someone here is lying and none of them are budging.

Any advice on how to move forward? Surely all these communications can only work in my favour? Is there any sense in me telling my surgery that BW legal says the surgery are the only ones who can cancel it?

Unfortunately, as the matter has now been passed to BW Legal, neither the practice nor UK CPM is able to cancel the parking charge. It has been a nightmare trying to get these companies to all coordinate, none are taking responsibility, None of them seem to know how to cancel one of these. Surely if I have the mails of the surgery saying they tried to cancel it this can only be a good thing?

I have found the only way to contact BW legal is to phone them, so it has been hard to get evidence of everything they have said in terms of their responsibility and how to get it cancelled. (which I assume is by design for them)

Yes - and we've already advised you to forward that email to BW Legal. Not using the word 'appeal' nor adding any other things.

And CERTAINLY not phoning that lot! Nobody said to phone. There was a good reason for that! We know what we're doing.

Other people on here have discussed which emails work. The only way to contact them isn't by phone. Lots of threads exist about BW Legal email addresses.

Why not use complaints@ ?

And cc in UKCPM's complaints email too.
