It did list ordering a physical card to finish setting up my account but I never did. I'd completed 4 out of the 5 steps. I received my reward as promised. On now checking have seen the steps have now disappeared from the apps screen..y But only today or yesterday.

Must be the luck of the draw. They insisted via an hour long online chat with I assume an AI assistant called Carol that I had to order a physical card to qualify for the incentive. And I still haven’t received it. They also keep offering me £70 payments for recommending friends! They know what they can do with that! 🤔
