Easyjet Switzerland cancellation

Is this forum still active? I had a flight from Geneva to Bristol cancelled just before Easter. It was operated by Easyjet Switzerland, but the initial claims process (now declined) was through the Easjet website. I want to take it further but am not sure where I should go to do this. Thanks for any pointers.

The right to compensation will depend on why the flight was cancelled - do you know the reason?

Next step after the airline is to complain to the relevant national authority. This website takes you through the process and can show you who to contact:
