Not strictly correct. Lufthansa have cancelled the NCL-FRA leg and UK/EC261 legislation puts the responsibilities on the airline not the travel agent.

If you book via an agent you may need to go via the agent to exercise your rights, but the responsibility is with the airline.

@Caz3121 has given good advice. No compensation is due but the OP was entitled to rerouting. I would certainly be putting in a claim to Lufthansa for the cost of the KLM replacement flights. Although expect a fight, especially if the option of rerouting wasn't discussed before cancellation.

Also need to resolve the cancellation/refund situation with the agent, seems odd you still have live transatlantic legs - I do hope Gotogate had booked this all properly as one reservation and not separate singles?

That's exactly what I said. The airline has a responsibility to the agent, not the individual. If gotogate requested a cancellation, that removes any obligation for Lufthansa to provide rerouting (it's either/or). The OP needs to deal with gotogate.
