I have just tried that and it asks me if I want to cancel order, no and it takes me a page that says if order with in 10 days or still waiting for delivery please wait before requesting refund.

I can't see how to contact seller apart from the shop front

Just finished chat to AE and they also have the package as being in the same place.

They use US callendar dates as they kept putting 06/07/2026 as delivery date and order date as 1st of January which was confusing to start with.

They started a refund but said if it turns up the refund will cancel and said I should try RM for an update.

Has anybody had any luck using the phone number to get a good outcome?

    Update but no update.

Called RM and after 58 mins and from different departments and people I was told the tracking number has it at Home Counties DC and if it doesn't turn up contact the people you bought it from for a refund as I am not the sender.

Asked about looking for the parcel and was told they don't have time or personel to look.

Will have to wait for it.

Called the overseas call centre again and they said the 48hr track service should of got to me by 12/06/26 and if not call sender for refund as the item is now down as lost.

They would not give me the contact details for Home Counties DC when I asked and do I need anything else.

    Do I stick or bust?

    Order still not arrived.

Contacted them today as 12/07 is last expected due date and was told that I need to be 12/6/26 Pacific Time to start refund and then I need to wait 48 Hours from that date to start the refund .

I paid by PayPal so do I wait till 15/07 UK time to start refund or go straight to PayPal?

I think you may be out of time on Paypal but very much worth contacting them and explaining.
AliExpress are usually pretty good on this sort of thing. I'm assuming it's one of their third party sellers but you'll be dealing direct with AliExpress? If it's AE themselves I wouldn't worry too much they will sort it if they have said they're going to. I find the big Chinese companies are fairly competent in that respect.

It is increasingly the case that RM parcels are stuck somewhere for weeks on end. They do occasionally turn up. I had one (I sent) that was stuck for over four weeks and when they finally delivered they doctored the tracking details to make it look as though it was on time. It's usually with RM48 and RMTracked48. I sometimes think someone there thinks the 48 is days rather than hours.

I thought PayPal was 180 days for non delivery refunds?

Not sure how long in weeks I am expecting to wait but sent 2/06 so over 4 weeks and RM have said it's classed as lost.

    Thanks for the reply

You may be right about the 180 days, it's a while since that's troubled me. If I've paid by Paypal and there's been a delay I open a case quite quickly, it either gets me the refund quicker or the item.
