Buy an air fryer, much cheaper to use than an oven

Our local council says that solidified fat can go into the Food bin. Liquids should be put into a sealed container and taken to the local waste recycling centre (tip!)

what about using thick silver foil and wrapping it up and disposing each time i cook
like line a baking tray with it and cook the burgers etc inside

They do. If you really don't want to clean at all, use foil inside a tray top and bottom of the food and make sure the corners are secured so it doesn't come undone in a fan oven, or leak, if it leaks to the tray it will splash. You'll need oil so food doesn't stick to the foil. Or if you have a Dutch oven (Google what that looks like), then the lid is heavy, won't fly away. That's for food like burgers, but do remember any food you cook has moisture, so wiping it off so the smell goes away will be needed, also use a knife to poke the foil so moisture evaporates, otherwise the foil could come undone. Also a baking tray won't stop splashing as the burgers start to cook (hence the foil at the top).

Even a microwave needs cleaning!

I am heading towards a carnivore diet which appears to use a lot of minced beef, I am thinking of a pan of some sort and cook the mince slowly in its own fat or butter. In that scenario I can imagine ony having a pan to clean and electric hob to wipe?
I know it sounds boring but I could probably eat that every day.
Regarding a pan should I look for anything in particular?
I'm sick of buying cheap.rubbish and not realising until later I should have bought a better material item in the first place.

I'd actually say ketovore diet , where a small amount of rice potato or veg could be added but I'm comfortable with all those as can use boil in the bag type things.

If I were you, I would get something cheap like £10 until I have a grasp of my cooking style. You seem to be in a transition phase (nothing wrong with that).
I love my cast iron Dutch oven (very heavy), I do most of my cooking with it on the stove, and I can put it inside the oven if I wanted to. It does stick as it is cast iron if you like charring things, but you can get a nonstick version. It is a deep pan, so far less splash around and has a good tight lid.
I have a gas stove, I'm unsure if there's a suitable version for induction hobs.
