There’s a box on the home page. It says online ISA applications will be available again after 21 September. September is also the last month they quote during the period they are moving accounts to the new online platform (see the FAQs).

Very interesting. My account hadn’t moved over yet so I can still make deposits. I hope it is in September because I’ve not been given a date for my account.

Yes much as I expected they seem to be choosing to treat some of their customers with contempt. It's not at all surprising as many of us treat the banks and building societies with equal contempt and do exactly the same i.e. Try to get over, around or ignore the rules whenever possible !
