Sky sim only 1GB + unlimited calls & texts for £1/month

Judging by the number of ppl on HUKD (with good credit ratings) getting rejected for this by Sky, this shouldn't be an MSE recommendation (IMO).

I'm an existing Sky customer and have got a 3GB data boost from VIP Rewards on this £1 plan. Can anyone tell me if this is a one off or monthly boost? Can't find anything on Google.

The £1 a month Sky Mobile deal is no longer available today (Sat 20 June) - pretty sure it was still on offer yesterday (Friday).

Tad annoying as I just headed there to sign up for it today, but so be it - deals come and deals go.
