Hi there
Update on my case -
I have been getting letters from debt recovery agencies which I have been ignoring. Now I have received the letter attached. Basically says final warning before legal action. Anything I need to do now?

"I have been getting letters from debt recovery agencies which I have been ignoring."Quite right.
What makes you think this particular piece of trash in the letter chain (unlawfully misleading you that they can just 'get a CCJ' is important?!
Are these daft threatograms addressed to you?
Or your son?

Just to update…. I (my son) have not received any further letters from them since last the letter. I hope it ends there, fingers crossed!

Initial Parking have 6 years to start legal proceedings, Limitations Act 1980, so 5 months is neither here nor there in this process ( assume July 2032 to be the deadline)
Come back to this thread if the recipient receives a Letter of Claim giving them 30 days notice or a Money Claim N1SDT pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL for more assistance, but not powerless debt collectors letters, nobody here is interested in debt collectors letters, just the other two above
