How to transfer an ISA from Trading212 to another ISA provider?

I assumed it would be easy but the provider wants a sort code and account to Trading212, they don't use sort codes. So, does that mean I need to transfer it back to my bank account, but doesn't doing this remove the "ISA wrapper"?

They do use sort codes, they just don't make it clear. When you go into deposit and choose bank transfer (up to 3 days) after putting in your details it then gives you the sort code and account number and reference number. However not sure it's done that way.

    If you see https://helpcentre.trading212.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007081117-Can-I-move-my-Trading-212-ISA-to-another-provider

    At the bottom it says

Trading 212 accounts don't have a unique sort code. If your new provider
asks for one, you can either leave the field blank or use our generic
    sort code: 60-92-42.

Trading212 don't use sort code and account number to identify ISA accounts. Don't withdraw to your bank account if you don't want to use this year's allowance adding it to the destination ISA! You just need to provide your national insurance number as the reference/roll number.

All zeroes is a good option if you must enter something for the sort code and account number. Or the suggested sort code in the help link above if that doesn't work.

Okay I've had a look thanks, but the account number seems to be different. What I mean is, the account number listed on "the bank transfer in 3 days", is different to the account number I have under account details on the app.

Don't use the account number of their central clearing account, it isn't yours. Enter 00000000 if you are forced to enter a value.

In fact, you can put the account number under account details on the app in there as it should be 8 digits, but alternatively you can put it in the reference field.

Bizarre thing is, someone from Trading212 said I can find it under Accounts - Deposits, but that's nonsense, as the only account no there is for the Bank Transfer (3 days) where you are given an account no (surely it must be the checking account you mentioned) and a code as a reference, which must be a code to ensure if goes to the right customer!

Yes, that is nonsense. The official help directs you somewhere else:

Since T212 only allows customers to have one cash ISA, the account number is somewhat redundant provided they can identify you from the other details provided.
