Where is this MSE article?

On the National Consumer Service (aka Consumer Action Group) home page there is a banner which links to this MSE article - Parcel protection insurance | MSE - but when I look for that article myself on the MSE site I can't find it.

I'd expect it to be somewhere under Complain & Reclaim > Shopping & Consumer Rights but i don't seem to be able to locate it.

Can somebody from the MSE team locate it for me?

(And could i suggest it should be given more prominence and be easier to find?)

it comes up as the third result if you put the word parcel into the main website search box

I like a challenge, so I've investigated the navigation steps to bring up that article on MSE...

You are right that there is no direct link from the main menu. It is linked from signposts in two other guides.

1) From the Complain and Reclaim menu, pick Delivery Rights (in the column for Shopping & Consumer Rights). On that page, scroll down to the signpost Are you SENDING a parcel instead?

2) From the Deals and Shopping menu, click the Shopping heading. On that page scroll to the bottom and choose SHOW MORE. Pick Cheap parcel delivery. On that page scroll down to the signpost Been offered parcel protection insurance?

Please note, I'm not commenting on whether or not it should be given more prominence. I'll leave that for the MSE team to comment.

I guess it's always a challenge organising the huge number of links to articles on MSE, to make sure the right information is available to those that need it at the time.
