Am I being Petty?

No I do not think that you are being petty.
It can quickly become the norm if allowed to continue.
As above i would make contact asap and ask if she is taking her car next time?

Be careful what you wish for! You may wish you'd remained the driver after being in her car with her at the wheel!

Nothing like a clear message
"Hey are you going to the office?",
"Yes"
"Can I please get a lift?"
And keep doing that until end of summer. She's agreed to it, and her remark "I could have driven us" sounds like she knew she could have offered but chose not to. I would be very direct with ppl like that. If she messages and suggests that you pick her up, remind her it's summer and her turn.

I think thats a bit harsh, maybe she wasn't thinking, after all the OP did offer her a lift. I say give her the benefit of the doubt, regardless you are going anyway so I do think its a little petty, I'd always rather take my care, means you are in control of what you do and when!

Ah yes. Been in that situation.

I think you are being petty.
You actually told her you'd pick her up and then are annoyed…?
It would be super-petty if you told her you were going somewhere else before the meeting if that isn't true.
Just message her and ask if she's attending this meeting and if so, is she going to drive?
You have a verbal agreement that you'll drive in the wineter and she'll drive in the summer.

I would agree with the others in messaging sooner rather than later, and to just ask if she is driving this time. Perhaps when you are in the car, you can just clarify that you are happy to drive when it gets darker, and for her to drive in the lighter months.
