Hi,

I have got online banking evidence as paid on card, but do not have the actual pay and display ticket(s) anymore.

1 NTK came in my name and 1 in his name for 2 vehicles. Each are 30 seconds apart for leaving the car park, both arriving at the same time.

I have sent the appeal for both this morning in different names etc with the template on here.

Do I now just wait?

I’m aware it won’t work, but is it part of the process?
Basically just ignore everything or do I need to appeal to POPLA? Thanks all!

There are 3 main options, especially if you have a valid legal point that can win the case, hence the fact finding queries

Plan A, = A complaint about it to the landowner or landlord or business

Plan B = Bung in an appeal to the private parking company ( like you have done)

Plan C = Construct a valid Popla appeal if you get a Popla code ( BPA members only. )

Or Ignore and deal with any later repercussions

If you dont have a valid appeal point, a legal point ( not excuses. ) then why bother

Please note, its currently an unregulated biased industry, designed to catch out motorists

In this case I haven't seen any valid appeal points, unless you know different. ?

The PCN trigger occurred at the 70 minutes marker after the entry picture was taken, so as far as they are concerned its insufficient payment on the day, meaning that if 90 minutes or 120 minutes were on offer, that amount should have been paid, times 2

No real valid appeal point, I guess just trying to not pay the £120 (60x2) !!

I thought I’d paid for 2 hours but that wasn’t the case.

my last day is today to pay the lower rate… or is it? Do I get longer if, (or when, as let’s be honest they’ll reject the appeal) to pay a lower rate once it’s rejected ? Thanks again

As I had only paid for one hour for each vehicle l overstaying by around 30 mins for each vehicle I guess I am in the wrong ??!! Or does this not matter.

I’m boggled by it all at this point to be honest.
