Thanks, I did do so. Turns out it is on one of the credit files. I also found out more information on the case after I called up the court, as I had no details. Its to do with a PCN on July 2023 by UKPC, 1 month after that I changed the address on my VC5, which is the reason as to why I never received any letters I guess.

From what I have read so far on the forum and the newbies post. Its best I send an email to the solicitors first, before filing for a N244. Is this correct?

Yes. Gladstones won't agree to set aside but do that first, as shown in the thread. Don't wait long. get the application in during June, without fail.

They failed to do a trace to find you before litigation, and instead just used the old unchecked address. Therefore this is a mandatory set aside under CPR 13.2.

Hi Gladstone got back to me with this, they want me to provide my current address. I think I might just go do a set aside as they completely ignore the request I sent.

It is important that they have your correct address so that any paperwork gets to you in good time. Presumably this is why you are having to do a set-aside now as the original parking charges went to an address where you no longer reside.

That is a clear admission they did not do a trace. Save that, because you'll need it to try and get your £313 back at the set aside hearing. Add that the claimant pays the defendant's costs of £313 in your draft order due to unreasonably failing to pay the pence required to perform an address trace.
