Parkfair?

So I am helping a couple of people who have both received PCNs from Parkfair for parking in disabled bays at Grantham station. These used to be free but are now run by LNER, there are no signs near the bays about paying just about displaying a BB. The payment maching is a long way from the disabled bays and not obvious to someone parking there.

At the moment they are appealing to Parkfair., one has had a reply asking for receipts, tickets etc.

Parkfair? Is that meant to be ironic?

The alleged contract is far too small to be enforceable. Light black type on a grey background is a joke.

Read the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Single Code of Practice.

Just shows that the idea that the BPA audit any signage is a complete lie.

Just been on Google, here are the bays and you can just see the payment machines to the right of the car park entrance in the middle of the second pic!

I will get pics of the blue signs but I believe they just say that a BB must be displayed. Nothing about paying to park there.

Given that railway land became relevant land under POFA2012 on boxing day, why is it all about bylaws. ?

Please show both sides of one of these PCNs from Parkfair. Need it for the NTK pictures thread and to see what they say about the basis for the charge and liability.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Here is the sign in each disabled bay. Interesting that it does not say the BB must be displayed!
