I suffer from acute anxiety and depression. I wanted to weigh-up what others thought on this parking matter, but as the deadline approached I realised I couldn't deal with the timing and stress that a possible protracted court case would entail (as that seemed what the 'experts' were predicting) and so I made a decision to pay and make my life easier and keep control.
