I spoke to the business today and they didn't want to know, basically said "Tough, speak to the enforcement company".

I just want to make it completely clear I have no reasonable grounds to contest the tickets on any sort of technicality. That being the case would I still be able to follow what CC and yourself suggest and have a chance of sucess?

Whilst it's not something I post about, CC's method works. You don't need grounds.

I've done a bit more digging online and I may have grounds under the "five minute consideration" rule. I'll appeal the couple I have got up to now on those grounds as I was there less than 5 mins on both occassions.

But you almost certainly (95% certain) can't win an 'appeal' v this bunch because it is a farce, connected to the IPC trade body. There is no appeal.

Euro Parking Services don't offer POPLA and next to nobody wins at the IAS.

And there is NO 5 minute consideration period if parking was in a place that the "bent" IAS thinks is not permitted at all.

AI is hopeless on legal / parking matters, if that's what your 'online digging' involved. In reality there's no appeal worth trying which is why the tactic offered by @ChirpyChicken might be your answer even though it's not something I personally ever suggest, and nor will we post about it on the forum.

You don't need any online digging. We are the experts and there's more than one way to skin a cat.
