Multiple PCN notices
Today I received two PCNs for parking my car in the same place on the 13th and 14th of this month. The parking bay in question is for a store across the road. It is clearly signposted as parking for patrons only, so yes, I'm in the wrong.
The big problem for me is I have parked there an additional EIGHT times before receiving these PCNs for the first two days. So potentially I'm looking at ten £60/£100 tickets in total. I was only there about 5 minutes on each occasion as I was dropping off parcels to a nearby business.
If I'd known I was going to get the tickeks obviously I would not have parked there subsequent times. I'm happy to pay the first two fines but it seems pretty excessive to potentially have to fork out up to a grand for a total of less than an hours parking time.
There is a right to appeal but going off what I have read on here it sounds like a waste of time. The name of the parking company is Euro Parking Services, has anyone had any joy with them in the past? Thanks in advance for any replies.

Definitely Not Fines, just parking charge notices ( invoices. ) from a private parking company, Euro Parking Services
Given that most initial appeals are rejected by almost every private parking company , especially if there are no good legal reasons for an appeal, you should ignore them, especially if you are in Scotland or Northern Ireland ?
The winning points for any private pcn invoice are based on
Non compliance with Pofa2012
No landowner authority
Poor and inadequate signage

Thanks for your quick reply. Yes, they're definately PCNs, no mention of the word fine. I'm in England. Signage is adequate so I don't think I could argue that. I assume the store owns the land that the parking bay was located on? Would it worth contacting them? I assumed they would just say "tough".

Don't panic
Do nothing if multiple pcns. Await a letter of claim from gladstones then send me a PM when that arrives
No paying no wasting your time appealing

If I leave it till they get involved would it not trash my credit ratings?

That strategy is plan A in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum
But I agree with you, the business, landlord or landowner have no incentive to help you, prevention by actively avoiding these incidents is better than trying to clean up the mess afterwards
EPS are IPC AOS members so appeals are not going to work at all
Ps, most stores are tenants, not owners

Absolutely not.. not sure where that misinformation has come from
If the business wont cancel follow the above advice

So basically you're advising I wait till I have all the PCNs and ignore the 28 day payment window? I was thinking of contacting them and asking if I could pay the first one or two and have the rest written off as an act of good faith. By "business" do you mean the store or the parking company? Thanks for your help by the way!

No of course you dont offer to pay a penny never completely pointless
Gladstones letter may come in around 5 to 7 months
Business means the store

Ok I won't pay anything. I'll visit the store early next week and plead my case, not that I expect any joy.
Bearing in mind, I am technically in the wrong and I don't have a reasonable excuse other than I was only ever parked there for no more than five minutes each time….

You can trust @ChirpyChicken
You won't get a CCJ. You won't even get a court claim to defend as CC has offered to help you.
IGNORE THESE BUT KEEP ALL LETTERS AND TRY THE RETAILER COMPLAINT.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
