Failed patio windows under warranty

    You should be paying less than £1k to replace those failed units, use a local installer

    I’d forget about trying to trace the original installer after the amount of time passed and loop holes in warranty.

    The contract was between the manufacturer and the company who purchased the windows. As they would seem not to have bothered to activate the warranty I think it will be difficult to claim. You may find in any event that as the windows are 9 years old you will only get a very small contribution to replacement cost.
