I have received a letter from Debt Recovery Plus regarding an APCOA parking charge for the Luton Airport drop-off zone. I was on holiday, so I only read the letter after the deadline had already passed. My question is: can I still appeal and avoid paying? I did not receive the original notice informing me about the parking…

That silly letter has been around for years it is like it was written by a school kid as a project, it's a total load of old garbage somehow meant to frighten the unenlightened.
That "case analysis" is just daft how on earth can some idiot in DRP that basically prints off and puts letters in envelopes actually state they have fact checked all those points!
