    I have emailed the DQ to the court and DCBlegal week before the deadline .Have checked the MCOL and it hasn't been updated just says DQ received by the claimant not by me .the deadline was 3rd of August. Does this take time to update ? I have received automated email though after I sent it that has been received by both .

    Can take 10 to 14 days before a human being logs it, longer if they are busy

    The DQ has been just logged as received on 10/08 but the deadline was 3rd of August I have sent it to both parties on the on the 27/07 will that not been seen as past deadline ?

    If its logged, then there is no problem going forward, regardless of the minutia
