Internet provide
My internet service was transferred to another company following the sale of my previous provider’s customer base.
After the transfer, the service functioned for approximately one week before I experienced a complete loss of connection. I have now been without internet service for over 84 hours.
I have attempted to contact support team on multiple occasions. However, I have only been able to reach them via email, and despite repeated attempts, I have received no response.
Where do I stand? Can I just swap suppliers? I’m in contact still.

What company is the ISP and what do their T&Cs say about loss of service?

Welcome to the forum.
As above, which company were you with and who are you with now?
Also, this thread might be better on the "broadband" sub-forum.

No you can't just swap suppliers.

Read your contract, if its been well worded it will allow them to novate your contract to another supplier without needing your express permission nor giving you a right of cancellation. Therefore your cancellation rights will be exactly the same as they were previously, some do have a termination right after X days of no service but it's a bit difficult to read your contract from here.

I'm guessing that's 48 hours rather than 84? As above, what does the company say?

I was with octaplus, they sold customer based to the onebroadband
octaplus had great customer service always available on phone, one broadband you can’t call anyone it’s a automated message and you leave a voicemail.
Internet been down since weekend, still down. No response from anyone.0 -
That was back at the end of March, though? Not this week.

Some of the comments on that thread suggest an ongoing issue as noted in the link to TrustPilot reviews (and replies)

Trustpilot complaints do seem to embarrass them into responding. The migration looks like a complete shambles
