thanks. I did go to the store and spike a manager who gave an email address for G24 who manage the car park, told me they’ve had loads of issues with these tickets, I might send an email of complaint to G24.

I would not contact G24 you are wasting your time they won't listen and you will just highlight yourself for more pressure, they are not John Lewis.
