PCN when I parked in a disabled bay
Comments
-
Have I any chance of contesting a PCN when I parked in a disabled bay in a pub restaurant which said parking for customers only. Upon reaching the front door the pub was closed so went to one few doors away and had a meal. The PCN is from Civil Enforcement. I had my disabled badge in the windscreen and there was no ticket. Thanks
