Check your broadband deal.

I was just looking in the vodafone website earlier with a view to maybe adding fibre tv to my package. so while I was there I clicked on 'view all our latest deals'. I discovered the package I'm paying £36 a month for, can now be got for £22.50 a month. so I signed up to the new deal straight away and it starts tomorrow. Vodafone would not of told me about this, and other than me finding out by chance. I would of still been paying £36 pcm. Check your broadband deal. you may well save yourself a few quid.

At my last renewal (with Virgin) I wasn't able to leave ay the end of my contract and immediately join as a new customer , I was told I had to actually leave for a short period and then rejoin.

After giving notice and contacting them a few days before termination I was able to get a better deal, but still not quite as good as though i was a new customer.

I would of thought this government would of bought in some legislation to stop things like this happening. they've bought in new legislation on just about every thing else.
