    They won't proceed to POPLA because NCP are in Administration. They'll give up!

    They issue loads of which quite a number get paid as people feel threatened which then encourages them to issue more

    Oh, I can imagine; that's why I'm very hesitant to pay. Financially incentivizing predatory tactics in a CoL crisis feels morally wrong.

    They actually have 6 months to obtain keeper details and one month to get the pcn to the keeper !

    The 14 days option is if they wish to try to transfer liability from the driver to the known keeper !

    They can either comply with Pofa2012, or use the fallback option of 7 months
