    hi. I sent the AOS and have sent the defence off but it now says on the website that a judgement has been made against me?

    What does this mean? I never heard back after sending the AOS

    When and how did you send the defence? The advice is NOT TO EMAIL IT. You didn't go off piste did you?

    You never 'hear back' after doing the AOS. Did you put in a defence, how exactly?
