CCJ
Hello. I received a smart parking fine over 2 years ago which I appealed due to the timings we were there. I never heard back from the appeal which makes me think they never received it or they choose to ignore it. Since then, I have received numerous letters from different companies requesting the payment which I have not paid.
Today though, I got a letter from HM courts and tribunals service claiming they could request a count court judgement.
Is this actually from courts? Is it worth just paying the money now as I have no proof of the letter I sent to appeal or proof of how long I was in the car park.
I don’t want this to affect my credit score or have future repercussions.
thanks

I dont think that you have a CCJ, more likely a claim form N1SDT pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL
Yes it will be real
Post the Issue date from the top right of the claim form below
Post a redacted picture of the POC from the lower left of the claim form below after hiding the VRM details first
NO PAYING. !

I have attached the photos. It says they will request a CCJ. So no, I haven’t got one yet.

No need:
Read any other Smart Parking thread today. Copy the @Meltof defence, like everyone else. No posting it here please, we don't need to check it. No adding or changing anything.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD1 -
The usual. Defend online using the template and they will eventually discontinue.
This site is a nice money earner because it is so confusing. Hence they don't want a judge to scupper things for them and never go to a hearing.

With an issue date of 13/05/26 and providing you complete(d) the AoS after 18/05/26 and before or on 01/06/26 your defence deadline date is 4.00 p.m. on 15/06/26

so with this, I need to send the meltof defence by June 15th?
where do I send this too?
and how long does it take?0 -
Correct. You do not SEND it anywhere, you submit it via the defence box by logging in to your MCOL account using your Government Gateway account and the claim reference number and password on your N1SDT claim form.
