ZOPA Cash ISA Transfer out

I’ve done numerous transfers in to Moneybox, including several with no sort code, and I find Moneybox are extremely good at doing ISA transfers.

This becomes more weird each time I speak with ZOPA.

Tried Chat again today. First they tell me:-
Thank you so much for providing me with the information. For the transfer to be processed you need to provide Moneybox with the sort code, account number and ISA reference number. I'll provide you with the sort code and the account number so that the transfer can be processed.

When I told them this is not in accordance with their web instructions, the next request was:-
Do you have the URN/CISA Reference for the second request so I can pass this onto the team to check?

So… I’ve tried contacting Moneybox to request said URN/CISA Reference but am now in a wait and it’s currently 4 hour chat wait???

Shouldnt this thread be in the ISA section of the web site ?

Meanwhile an update for @refluxer I have now heard back from Moneybox who have provided the said URN/CISA Reference and this has been forwarded to ZOPA.
ZOPA now say as they now know the reference they are happy to look into the transfer request!

Seems that unless you provide a reference to ZOPA they will not activate a transfer.

An update…..
Monday afternoon I thought I would try another Cash ISA, this time from NatWest to MoneyBox.

Less than 48 hours later and the money has been transferred first thing this morning.
Meanwhile the ZOPA transfer is still showing as ………NOTHING.

Well, it proves it’s not MoneyBox.
