No 100% success rate is remarkable by me ..🌝that would be using the template i posted simply as it is ?... i just added Registered keeper or leave it as just keeper ?.. with regards as the correct template appreciate the advise and confirmation ..will post what reply or correspondance recieved from APCOA ..

Thankyou for reply ..could you kindly post a link to the standard airport template or what thread its found on and appreciate the time so i dont mess it up and dont over complicate things .. keep it simple and no waffle or divulge any driver details is key ..

Hi Gr1pr .. I think ive found the standard template for this. APCOA appeal as follows

This is an appeal by the registered keeper - No driver details will be given. Please do not bother with your known fishing expedition in an attempt to get driver details to try and get around the fact there is no keeper liability (and never can be under POFA).

Due to this being airport land you will be well aware there is no keeper liability due to the byelaws in force and the fact this is not relevant land.

As there is no keeper liability then liability cannot flow from the driver to the keeper and thus is an auto win @ POPLA. Please therefore cancel the notice or issue a POPLA code where you will auto withdraw

If you waste your time asking for driver details this will be ignored and you will still lose at POPLA if you dont cancel the PCN

So let's save my time and yours and cancel this PCN you simply cannot win this (and you know it).

Thats all i need to enter in appeal details i assume ..thankyou Gr1pr 👍🌝

Gotcha 👍 one more thing i noticed looking at online appeal they ask for appellant details type... " I was the vehicle's keeper when the contravention occurred " needs to be selected my details added and copy n paste template in appeal details section ..job done .. thanks again Cr1pr will post my outcome and appreciate your given time 😀
