They told you the price would be £614 and then charged you £614.
I'm not sure how they could be any more transparent about what they were charging.

It's also worth noting that the VAT rules allows it to be done on an average basis rather than a case by case basis. ie if on average 75% of the cost is professional services then they can charge everyone at 75% even if some individual cases may be more or less than this.
Therefore the lenses themselves may have been more or less than the OP has been charged as the split only represents the average customer.
