    Are DCB Legal under pressure to try raise funds. i've got another 2 court claims and 1 was for an invoice/fine that happened six months ago. They normally take years to proceed to court.

    They have probably been given tens or hundreds of thousands of unpaid invoices to chase up, by numerous parking companies, possibly millions of outstanding invoices like yours !

    Its nothing personal, but Henderson vs Henderson may apply, estoppel, google it

    Its not DCB LEGAL chasing you, its the private parking companies, dcblegal are just a middleman
