Smart parking

4 years ago i appealed a smart parking fine and this is the appeal return letter. subsequently i received a lot more of these fines for the 3 weeks i was parked in the car park. They have just sent me the court papers through and want a load of cash. Surely if this goes to court the judge will not be happy about the accuracy of the other charges too. what's your thoughts on this?

    It wont get to a court hearing, DCB Legal will discontinue just before the hearing fee is due to be paid to your local civil court, same as hundreds of other Smart Parking DCB Legal cases on here

    Post the Issue date from the top right of the claim form below

    Post a redacted picture of the POC from the lower left of the claim form below after hiding the VRM details first

    How many pcns are they claiming for. ?

    What is the total amount being claimed. ?

    You need to deal with the Money Claim N1SDT pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL that you received in the post, with our assistance, after you post the missing details

    If the claim exceeds £600, they may take it to a court hearing in your local civil court

    Do nothing and they will obtain a default CCJ against you

    Do you have 2 claim forms, ? because you posted 2 particulars of claim, one for 2 pcns and one for 3 pcns

    yes, we are a Ltd company so they put 2 to the company and 3 into a drivers name as he appealed and they obviously have the drivers details then.
