Say under £500. Does everything a normal phone does: apps, internet, camera, plays audio and video, etc. Genuinly small phone size. From a normal company: Not from some weird dodgy company.

Phone manufacturers seem to think that 6.1 inches is small so you might well be out of luck.

Things that are different: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid

One thing to think about, a modern 6.5 inch display phone is actually physically smaller than a 6 inch phone from five years ago because the almost complete elimination of bezels. Bang for your money the Pixel 9a is a great phone, updates until at least 2032, modern OS with no 3rd party clutter and £399, of if you want a little more power the 10a, for £449.

Smaller screen phones do not exist anymore, there is very little demand for them and no one makes screens that size any more so it would be very difficult to build one.
