Cheap Energy Club Cashback
I initiated a switch in November to a cheaper tariff with my existing supplier British Gas.At the time it did say you would qualify even by switching tariffs with the same supplier. am still waiting for my cashback over 6 months later. Getting no help from either Energy Club chat or BG as they say it’s a third party switch and they cant do anything. Very frustrating and I feel an utter waste of time. Can anyone please advise?

I switched to Fuse last August using the Cheap Energy Club and I'm still waiting to. When I finally managed to get an email reply from an actual human instead of a bot, they said it was because Fuse hadn't paid them yet either, so maybe BG are being equally tardy.
