IHD stopped showing electrical use/mini not showing gas.

This gets weirder,... received my power bill from octopus today & they haven't charged me for the imported electricity I have used, have been charged for gas & credit paid for export, l have e-mailed them..

It seems there are some odd things going on at the DCC ( or possibly internal to Octopus's systems). For the last three months I've had to ask them to generate my export "bill" manually as it's not been appearing on my regular monthly statement.

Ah, I thought the gas usage was populated the regular way, when data was pulled from the meter, on a daily basis. Didn't realise the mini assisted with that. That's today's lesson learned. Thanks.

I'm not sure when I last looked at the 1/2 hr usage. I normally just look at the month or year, so hadn't realised it updated more regularly. Or if I ever did, I've long since forgotten. Oh dear.

The readings in the app eventually get replaced by DCC readings - IIRC they periodically replace the mini readings older than 48 hours.

One other thing about this is that, at least on my gas meter, the 30 minute gas readings are not aligned with the the clock. I presume it just free runs and broadcasts it's data.

latest update , had an email with instructions on how to reset the Han, this hasn't worked..& if they can't get meter readings all my electricity will be charged at the higher rate..(I'm on"go" for my leaf)…..
