Hi sorry for late response, I gave the company a phone and they said it was also because I didn't give enough info.

I had the order confirmations when I ordered, the return confirmations, the emails from the company saying the item is on the way back to warehouse and will be refunded when processed and a timescale, and the tracking numbers.

But the advisor on the phone said they aren't sure what else is needed.

    The dates/amounts

    12/12/2025 £263.26

    13/12/2025 £87.47

    19/12/2025 £115.57

If you used a return label from the company the email confirming it was on its way to the warehouse woukd be generated from that.

Do you have confirmation that it was received at the warehouse?

    Who is the company?

Also, take on board that born again has advised you cannot use chargeback for change of mind.

S75 will only apply to any individual item that cost over £100.

An order of several items adding up to over £100 is not eligible.

Oh yeah forgot about that, as far as I know it may just be that one transaction of £263 that had items over £100, the rest was smaller items like shoes.

The tracking says delivered, company is Amazon I just have one email from Amazon from livechat saying they got items back and awaiting processed.

Was it Amazon or one of the Marketplace sellers?

As Amazon usually refund once return is in Post Office system?

It seems odd that it took a month for the returns to reach Amazon.

Amazon itself. not sure reason why it took a month to get back to them the tracking just stopped working then suddenly said delivered.

It was through Evri though! So that may explain it.

The big purchase items was a sound card and a NAS, the NAS was the wrong model, the sound card I just wanted to send back as it was meant for the same setup.

Have you looked in ‘your returns’ for each order in your Amazon account?

    What does it say?

Not even showing in returns as it's been over 2 months, and the original order doesn't say anything.
