Car Insurance - driving to Volunteer

So how do you afford life?
"Unemployed" generally would suggest you are actively seeking employment and/or are receiving unemployment benefits
"House wife/husband" would suggest you arent working nor are looking for work and its a partners income you are living on
"Independent means" would suggest you arent working nor looking for work but have personal wealth you are living off (eg a £10m inheritance you got)
"Disabled" similar to the above but it's an illness/injury etc that prevents you from working.
"Retired" not working nor looking for work and living off some for of pension or similar savings
Choose which ever of these are the most accurate description of your situation as your main occupation
You can then add a part time secondary occupation as a volunteer and just choose the appropriate option for what you do as a volunteer and the industry (charity is normally an option but could be care or something else depending on what you do).
The other consideration will be what class of use you want covered, given you are driving to where you volunteer that would suggest it should be SDP&C
