Some policies will cover a cruise as standard for the basics (cancellation, illness etc) but offer an add on to increase that cover to include other considerations (missed port, restricted to cabin etc). Others won't cover cruises at all unless the optional extra is added.

Got the insurance with Urban. Quite basic. I think it's fine, as being onboard of a gulet (just with eight people) and flights and journey airport/port/airport is one package holiday.
